Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Jeevankalp Ayurveda
We aim to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products and wellness services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged item received
- Incomplete parcel
Note: Proof required — unboxing video + photos within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Customer changed mind
- Digital/phone consultation fees (non-refundable)
3. Replacement Policy
If a damaged or incorrect product is confirmed, a free replacement will be sent.
Processing Time: 2–4 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Refund Time
Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
